At Puma, one of the leaders in the global sporting goods market, he has been managing HR strategies as Vice President since 2010 and has led major projects in the areas of process optimization and digitalization, among others. Dietmar has previously worked for renowned companies such as HUGO BOSS. Procter & Gamble, Wella and the Tengelmann Group, which underlines his broad industry expertise. His academic background includes studies at St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, and St. Gallen Business School, complemented by teaching activities for the International School of Management. He is a member of the Advisory Board of MCI, the Entrepreneurial School, Innsbruck.
