Steffen Lang, Ph.D., has served as President, Operations since April 2022 and is a member of the Executive Committee. He previously held several global leadership roles at Novartis, including Global Head of Technical Operations (2017–2022) and Global Head of Technical Research & Development. He joined the company in 1994 and built a long-standing career across pharmaceuticals development and manufacturing. He is also a Board Member of Bachem Holding AG. He holds a Ph.D. from ETH Zurich and a Master’s degree from the University of Heidelberg.
