Manuela Fürst has a strong track record in finance, especially in M&A. She began her career in M&A at Magna in Austria and Russia, then joined AGRANA as Director M&A. After several acquisitions, she became CFO of AGRANA Fruit. She later took on a CFO role at GREINER and founded her own M&A boutique, ValueAdd. She contributed to closing Austria’s largest M&A deal in 2024. After GREINER, she joined SWARCO as CFO. For over 8 years, she has also been a speaker at the Controller Institute, supporting students in developing business plans.
