Gertrude Schatzdorfer-Wölfel is Managing Partner and sole owner of SCHATZDORFER Gerätebau GmbH & Co KG, a leading metalworking company in Upper Austria with 94 employees. She took over the business in 1994 and successfully developed it into a key regional employer. Now in its second generation, the third is already active. Committed to female leadership and skilled training, she received the 2023 HERbert Award for lifetime achievement. She also serves on several economic and industry boards.
